Order Processing & Shipping

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Order Cut Off Time: 6 pm.

Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are shipped and delivered within 3–5 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect to receive your order within 5–8 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Rates: Free shipping on orders $50+ and 5$ flat rate under 50$ orders. 

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Destinations: We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may be slightly longer than standard estimates — please allow an additional 2–3 business days.

International Shipping: We are currently US shipping only business.

Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at (503) 666-2882 or info@denfeldlandscaping.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched.
