Our Story
Denfeld Landscaping, Inc. was founded in 1979 by Raymond Denfeld — a man raised right here in the community he has been serving ever since. What started as a neighborhood landscaping operation grew into one of the most trusted outdoor service companies in the Troutdale area, known for craftsmanship, reliability, and straightforward pricing.
Licensed, bonded, and insured, Denfeld Landscaping has handled everything from lawn seeding and sod installation to retaining walls, water features, fencing, complex drainage systems, and full hardscaping projects — for both residential and commercial clients. Meet the Team
Raymond Denfeld — Owner & Founder Ray has been working Oregon soil since 1979. He is known among customers for being unfailingly courteous, deeply knowledgeable, and for working alongside his crew on every single project. Over nearly two decades of repeat business with many of his clients, Ray has installed sprinkler systems, created raised garden beds, replaced lawns, built fences, and solved drainage problems that others couldn't. He brings that same judgment to every tool we stock.
Julie Neilan-Denfeld — Secretary & Co-operator Julie keeps the business running with care and precision — from customer relations to day-to-day operations. Together, she and Ray have built a company that Troutdale residents trust by name.
