At Denfeld Landscaping Tools, we stand behind every product we sell. If something is not right with your order, we will make it right — simply and fairly.

Order Processing & Shipping

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Order Cut Off Time: 6 pm.

Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are shipped and delivered within 3–5 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect to receive your order within 5–8 business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Return Policy

Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • The item must be unassembled and unwashed
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, accessories, and documentation
  • The item must not show any signs of use, wear, soil, or damage caused after delivery

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or installed
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending anything back.

How to Start a Return

Returning an item is straightforward:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@denfeldlandscaping.com or call (503) 666-2882 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Download and print your return shipping label from the link provided in your return confirmation email.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the prepaid return label.
  4. Drop it off at your nearest USPS, UPS, or FedEx location depending on the label provided.

Please keep your return tracking number until your refund has been fully processed.

Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. Simply download and print the label from the link we send you — there is no charge to you for standard return shipping on qualifying returns.

Restocking Fees

We charge no restocking fees on any eligible return. What you paid is what you get back.

Exchanges

We happily accept exchanges within the 30-day return window. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, model, or product:

  1. Contact us at info@denfeldlandscaping.com with your order number and the item you would like instead.
  2. We will confirm availability and send you a prepaid return label for the original item.
  3. Your replacement item will be shipped out within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

If the replacement item differs in price, we will either charge the difference or issue a partial refund accordingly.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected based on the eligibility conditions above.

Refund Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Partial Refunds: In some situations, only a partial refund may be granted — for example, if an item is returned with missing accessories, damaged original packaging, or other signs that affect resale condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@denfeldlandscaping.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping. You will not be asked to return a damaged or defective item in all cases.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately at (503) 666-2882 or info@denfeldlandscaping.com. Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be cancelled and must go through the standard return process after delivery.
